(A) CAPITAL MARKETS. AM/DM (Lagos)
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Ability to package Capital Issues and analyze financial alternatives.
Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions,
Management Buy-Outs, etc.
Hands-on-experience in credit facilities and debts agreements
In-depth knowledge of the capital market operations
Excellent inter-personal and relationship management
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong financial modeling.
Good first degree or HND in any discipline.
An MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5-7years work experience within financial service industry
Between 28 - 32years of age.
B) TREASURY BE/AM (Lagos & Abuja)
Skills and COMPETENCIES
Understanding of forecasting, AIM, Modeling, etc
Ability to assist in improving Treasury's general oversight in investment Fund
Operations
Good knowledge of Money Market operations.
Good knowledge of Funds Management and Products Development
Strong product packaging, business and marketing skills
Excellent inter-personal and relationship management abilities
Qualification
First degree or HND in any discipline.
Minimum of 4-6years work experience within the financial Industry
Between 27-31 years of Age.
(C) CREDIT & MARKETING - BE/AM (Lagos & Abuja)
Skills & COMPETENCIES
Ability to initiate and manage business relationships with appropriate partners
Ability to drive growth in deposit liabilities and capture a sizeable share of
the market Ability to establish strong practice to support the delivery of
business objectives
In-depth knowledge of the financial services sector
Strong managerial and leadership skill
Strong analytical and conceptual ability
Excellent inter-personal and relationship management abilities.
Qualifications:
Good first degree or HND in any discipline.
An MBA with any professional qualification.
Minimum of 5-7years work experience within
the financial service industry.

D) RISK MANAGEMENT- EA/SEA (Lagos & Abuja)
Skills & COMPETENCIES:
Ability to manage the company's risk assets
Deep understanding of credit and security control
In-dept knowledge of credit appraisal and analysis
Excellent understanding of ERM
Qualification
First degree or HND in any discipline.
Minimum of 2-3years work experience within the financial Industry
Between 25-29 years of Age.
