DIRECTOR GENERAL (REF: DG/001):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree and an MBA in Management
* Minimum of 15 years experience in Management and Public administration.
* Demonstrated visionary and practical leadership skills as well as legislative knowledge and experience.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE (REF: ED/002):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree and an MBA in Management
* Minimum of 10 years experience, 5 of which must be at an executive management level
* Knowledge of IT and Human Resource best practice, financial management and procurement regulations as applied within the public sector.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESEARCH AND STRATEGY (REF: ED/003):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree and an MBA in Management
* Minimum of 10 years experience, 5 of which must be at an executive management level
* Excellent Professional Management skills with emphasis on business planning and strategies
* Excellent communication, public relations, analytical, and problem-solving skills

HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION (REF: HDADM/004):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree. A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
* Minimum of 7 years in a similar administrative role within the public sector or any service providing organization
* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead, to manage change and to encourage a team-based Approach

HEAD OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS (REF: FINACCT/005):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A bachelor's degree in accounting / financial management and must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN)
* Minimum of 5 years experience of leading a team, as Head of Finance or Financial Controller (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership and Management skills and experience.

HEAD LEGAL SERVICES AND FEDERAL RELATIONS (REF: LGFDREL/006):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A Degree in Law with 8-10 years experience in either a legal firm or corporate sector with proven track record.
* Some advocacy experience in the public sector or governance
* Ability to provide professional and strategic advice to all Stakeholders

HEAD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (REF: HOIT/007):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A degree in computer Science or Computer related field and about 5 years relevant work experience in a managerial role,
* Lead the IT Strategy within the organization and build users understanding and commitment in the use of new Solutions
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

HEAD, MANAGEMENT CONSULTING AND TRAINING (REF: HOMGT/008):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree
* Expertise knowledge on public administration and the organization and operations of public offices
* Minimum of 5 years work experience at a similar level (experience in a consulting environment will be an Added Advantage)

COMMUNICATIONS AND CORPORATE RELATIONS OFFICER (REF: COMMREL/009):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree in management, law and/or communications and media (a postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage)
* Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record in communication and Communication strategy development
* Possess excellent around communication skills, strong project management skills, good persuasion and interpersonal skills

SPECIAL PROJECTS COORDINATOR (REF: SPRCO/010):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree and a Masters degree in International relations, Political Science or Public Admin will be an added advantage
* Minimum of 7 years in a similar role, offering technical expertise in public administration
* Working knowledge of the operations, principles and practices of the public sector.

RESEARCH AND LIBRARY OFFICER (REF: RLO/011):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree and a Masters degree in Library Science will be an added advantage
* Minimum experience of 5 years of related experience including supervision, budget and responsibility for library division or department
* Knowledge of operations, principals and practices of library and information services, materials and activities of a public library including classification, cataloguing reference and on-line resources

COMMITTEE COORDINATOR (REF: COMMCO/012):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
* Sound knowledge and experience of the federal legislative agenda and activities on issues related to Economics Development and Commerce, Education, Health, Agriculture & Natural Resources, and Security
* Flexibility, excellent planning and organizational skills

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR (REF ADMCO/013):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree in any management-related Course
* Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar role.
* High level of organizational and planning skills

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (REF: NTADM/014):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer science and/or related fields with numerate course work
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
* Knowledge and experience of IT support techniques with the ability to adapt these skills to the organization's business model

CONFERENCE COORDINATOR (REF: CONFCO/015):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree
* Solid experience in organizing and executing all types of special events, especially government programs
* Good communication skills, problem-solving skills and a knack for attention to details

ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST (REF: ACCSP/016):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A degree in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience Ability to perform detailed analysis, comparisons and review of financial transactions, processes and systems in order to identify and correct discrepancies
* Possesses effective oral and written communication skills, and is detail-oriented,

WEBMASTER (REF: WBMS/017):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A minimum of B.Sc Engineering, Electronics, Computer science and/or related fields with numerate course work.
* 2 years relevant experience in graphics and web development
* Comprehensive knowledge and experience of web development application packages

MANAGEMENT ANALYST (REF: MGTAN/018):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A good university degree with 1- 2 years work experience in a similar role
* Strong technical understanding as well as excellent reports writing and communication skills,
* General knowledge .of the principles and practices of public administration and government functions; relationships between local, state and federal Governments

CASHIER (REF: CASH/019):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A degree in any numerate course with a minimum of 1 year book-keeping experience, cash handling and bank deposit Procedures
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with co-workers, supervisor, The general Public

RECEPTIONIST/STAFF ASSISTANT (REF: RECP/020):
REQUIREMENTS:
* A degree in secretarial administration with minimum of 2 years in a similar position
* Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system. computer and ether standard office equipment.
