What is Your Greatest Weakness?
Be innovative in your answer. The usual style is to make a weakness into a strength, like being a workaholic or perfectionist. Again, this is a rhetorical question, and maybe to test your sincerity. Everyone has a weakness. The best approach is to mention an area that was once a weakness, and you have made considerable progress in overcoming, especially an area that relates to the job (e.g. report writing, record keeping etc)

Give Me Reasons Why We Should Hire You
In other words, what makes you better than other candidates? The floor is open for you to sell yourself. If you are well prepared, the moment you have been waiting for has arrived. Go for it. Have a good grasp of what the job entails, and show how through previous experience and positions you were able to perform excellently well beyond just having the basic job skills. |

Everyone invited for the job interview possesses the basic skill required to carry out the job. This is known as hard skills. There are other skills referred to as soft skills, getting on well with people, being an excellent team player, communication and presentation skills etc, plus character and going beyond the call of duty to deliver results. Bring your point home with reference to instances in the past when you exhibited these skills/traits.
"No Right Answer" Question
That is what it is, it has no right answers. The interviewer wants to pressure test you to see if you will come out in one piece. The idea is to see how you handle pressure. The question is such that it will throw you off balance, and have you gasping for breath. These question have no answers.
Interviewers ask these questions to see how quickly you can think on your feet and whether you can avoid becoming flustered. Others, unfortunately, ask them because they enjoy seeing interviewees squirm. Still others are amused by the range of responses they receive.
The range of questions are wide, depending on the idiosyncrasies of the interviewer. The fact that the question was not expected can make your brain go blank, and you stuttering.
