As a result of expansion, a Flourmill company with Pasta plant in Aba, in Abia
State requires highly provocative and result oriented candidates to fill the
following
positions,
Experience Marketers {Pasta Products /Floor Product
(REF: EMARKS)
* The candidate must have marketed similar products in a reputable and similar
organization
* Must be capable of developing market and sustaining them
* Must be target driven and ready to face challenges.
* Must be prepared to work with little or no supervision
* Must be prepared to work any where in Nigeria and beyond
* Must be computer literate and have good communication skills
Minimum of 8 years experiences in similar products and organisation is a
necessary condition,
Qualification:
A good degree in marketing or other social sciences. A professional
qualification will be an added advantage
Quality Controllers; (In Flour Mills and Pasta Plants)
(REF: QCON)
Qualification: .
* BSc, or HND in any of these: Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry
and Food Technology
* Must have worked in a flour mill or related industry
* Be able to use latest technology to analysis raw material, finished goods
e.t.c
* 5 Years relevant experience required
* Team player with high interpersonal and communication skills
Internal Auditor
(REF: INADIT)
Qualification:
* B.Sc, HND in Accounting
* Must be experienced in internal Auditing functions
* Ability to be dependant and honesty is very essential
* Must have very good interpersonal and communication skills
* Candidate must be familiar with computerized system and must be able to use
computer well
* Good analytical and investigative skills Ability to write good reports
Accountants
(REF ACCTS)
Qualifications:
* Must be computer literate and have experience of computerized Accounting
System.
* Ability to operate a costing system and prepare routing management accounts
* 3-5 Years practical experience in Accounting Function is essential.
* Candidate should be able to work with little or no supervision
Human Resources / Admin. Managers
Qualification;
* B.Sc In Economics or any of the social sciences.
* An MBA or masters in administration is essential
* Candidate must have had varied administrative experience in a manufacturing
industry
* A good practical knowledge in human resource management is required
* Ability to work without supervision is a necessary condition
* Ability to formulate Human resource policies and implement same
* Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills are required
* Must be computer literate
* A minimum of 8 years experience is required for this position
Stores Keepers
(REF: SKEEP)
Qualification:
* B.Sc, HND or Professional qualification In purchasing and supply or Stores
management. OND with very good experience may be considered.
* Candidate must display good knowledge of store administration in a
manufacturing industry
* Ability to work in multi - store and products environment is required
* Ability to use computer to keep relevant records
Production manager and supervisors (Pasta Products)
(REF PMPP)
Qualification:
* B. Sc, HND in production Engineering, Food Sciences, Biochemistry or
industrial Chemistry
* Must have good experience in pasta production or similar products
* Must have worked in the Flour Mill or Similar Industry for good number of
years
* Team player with good internal personal and communication skills
* Must have 7 years practical experience
