1. Sales & Marketing Manager (3 nos.) (Lagos, Mid-West, Eastern Zone) Ref. SMM
(Lagos, MW, EZ).
Qualifications:
* Degree qualified in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline with a
minimum of seven years cognate experience in the marketing and sale of consumer
products; possession of professional qualification in marketing with
constitutive a distinctive advantage.
* Understanding of the company's products, industry trends and influences;
* Autonomous self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team;
* Ability to develop sales and marketing plans outlining clear goals, sales
objective and tactics;
* Strong customer research, planning, organization and execution skills;
* Ability to create and articulate a product vision;
* Identification and understanding of the target customers and the various
channels required to reach these customers;
* Experienced in assessing markets, using market research, monitoring
competition, and dearly positioning the company's products in the market;
* Successful track record of accountability, exceeding target Objectives;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative and professional
presentation skills
* Excellent negotiation skills;
* Excellent organizational skills;
* Computer literacy with proficiency in the application of MS Word, Excel, and
Power Point is mandatory;
2. Accountant (1 no.) Ref. ACT (1)
Qualifications:
* B.Sc or HND in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years combined experience in
Financial & Management Accounting and Credit Control garnered preferably within
the manufacturing industry;
* Proven ability to generate and analyze management information in good time;
* Possession of a recognized professional qualification such as ACA and
membership of ICAN are mandatory;
* Computer literacy with proficiency in the application of MS Word, Excel and
PowerPoint is mandatory;
* Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Accounting Officer (1 no.) Ref. ACT (2)
Qualifications:
* B. Sc or HND in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in
Cost & Management Accounting and Credit Control in a production environment;
* Possession of a recognized professional qualification such as ACA and
membership of ICAN are highly desirable;
* Strong computer skills for using Microsoft Office (Ward, Excel. PowerPoint);
* Good interpersonal skills.
4. Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Technician (1 no.) Ref. RACT
Qualifications:
* OND, city & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration &
Air-conditioning with 35 years experience in industrial / manufacturing
environment;
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and affect repairs on refrigeration and
air-conditioning systems;
* Ability to read, and interpret-manuals and blueprints;
* Nose for details and good interpersonal skills.
5. Maintenance Officer (1 no.) Ref. MTO
Qualifications:
* OND, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in
Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering with 35 years production equipment
maintenance experience preferably within extruded food products industry;
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and effect repairs on electric-and
gas-operated ovens;
* Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints;
* Nose for details and good interpersonal skills,
6, Warehouse Officer (1 No.) Ref.WHO
Qualifications:
* B. Sc or HND in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Studies with 2-3 years
experience in materials management within industrial/manufacturing environment;
* Knowledge of established material handling procedures;
* Knowledge of inventory control procedures;
* Energetic with ability to shelve store, retrieve and distribute materials;
* Numerate and analytical ability;
* Ability to communicate effectively with others;
* Strong computer skills for using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. PowerPoint)
7. Logistics Officer (1 No.) Ref. LGO
Qualifications:
* B.Sc or HND in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Studies with minimum of 3
years experience in a logistics environment;
* Energetic with ability to handle fast-paced multi-tasks simultaneously;
* Team oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills;
* Ability to make critical time sensitive decisions that impact shipment
obligations;
* Strong computer skills for using Microsoft Office (Word. Excel. PowerPoint);
8. Field Salesmen (4 nos.) Ref. FSM
Qualifications:
* Minimum of SSCE/GCE with Credit in English Language and Mathematics;
* A valid Class E Driver's license with at least three years accident-free,
verifiable driving experience;
* Understanding of the company’s products, industry trends and influences;
* Energetic with ability far frequent lifting (up to 20 kg);
* Ability to communicate effectively with others;
