Job Title: Credit Manager
The job holder has the responsibility to measure and manage the Credit risk and
payment terms on a permanent basis and also ensure the fastest possible cash
collection of the sales realized by the company.
Responsibilities:
Communicates with the customers on their pending Invoices, either overdue, or
about to become overdue.
Prepares the statements of accounts and communicates them to the customers, as
supporting documents to his/her claim for payment.
Obtains and communicates all documents requested by customers to justify the
amount claimed, copies of invoices, statements of accounts, credit notes, etc.
Review and rationalizes payment terms on a regular basis.
Monitors adhoc documents such as bank guarantees, LC : expiration date.

Profile Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess a first degree in accounting and an ACA
qualification, must be result oriented, vast In financial risk management, local
tax rules, and a sound knowledge of accounting techniques and processes.
Excellent communication skills - Oral and written, excellent ethical sense, and
moral records, good knowledge of accounting software are also prerequisites for

Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience 3 of which must have been spent in a

The job holder is expected to contribute to the achievement of the yearly order
in take budget objectives of Schneider Electric Nigeria in general by
encouraging identified GSAs to be loyal to Schneider Electric products/equipment
and buy Schneider Electric brand of products/equipment either directly or
through the authorized channels.
Responsibilities
Implement the actions attached to the development plan of Schneider Electric
Nigeria for the GSA market. Develop and maintain an excellent network of
relations with the user departments of the targeted businesses/organizations
within the GSA sector.
Develop enduring relationship with their purchasing/engineering departments in
order to prescribe Schneider solutions and equipment.
Identify all relevant projects within the sector and work across the project

Job Title: Deputy Manager: Consultation Center
The job holder is expected to assist the Head, Consultation Center in developing
and maintaining technical skills necessary to the design and the realization of
projects of electric installations and control of industrial and tertiary
processes.
Assist the Head, Consultation Center in ensuring the coherence and the technico-economic
optimization of the offers by supporting synergies with the back office
He/she also assists in ensuring the competitiveness of the offers to the
customer.

To take part in the development of the strategic and operational plans of

The job holder acts as the main interface between Marketing (offer and segment)
and Sales junctions Responsibilities
Identity, analyze and manage the customer and prospects of the segment using the

Determine the appropriate sales approach by category.
Propose sales resource allocation based on Sales goals and the sales effort per
customer categories.
Involved in the global sales objective definition and ensure alignment between

Assist the Head, Customer care to deploy an effective Customer Support Centre
for Nigeria
Also assist in pursuing activities that can be handled in the Customer Support

Responsibilities
To develop continuously the skills level of the activities of order
administration, customer Care and line technical support.
Manage CCC that is operational at least 9 hours per day.
Manage Customer complaints, credit notes and RGC processes in the Customer Care
Centre,
Measure the effectiveness of the Customer Care Centre in terms of number of
calls, speed of response, logging of cases on CRM, accuracy of orders, etc.
Set targets and objectives to reach and to improve customer satisfaction in

them to sell clip Sal products and also stock them.
To develop and expand the retail network.
Ensure timely service to the customer by being in constant touch with everyone
