Job Title: Credit Manager

The job holder has the responsibility to measure and manage the Credit risk and payment terms on a permanent basis and also ensure the fastest possible cash collection of the sales realized by the company.
Responsibilities:
Communicates with the customers on their pending Invoices, either overdue, or about to become overdue.
Prepares the statements of accounts and communicates them to the customers, as supporting documents to his/her claim for payment.
Obtains and communicates all documents requested by customers to justify the amount claimed, copies of invoices, statements of accounts, credit notes, etc.
Review and rationalizes payment terms on a regular basis.
Monitors adhoc documents such as bank guarantees, LC : expiration date. conditions to exercise, etc .

Profile Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess a first degree in accounting and an ACA qualification, must be result oriented, vast In financial risk management, local tax rules, and a sound knowledge of accounting techniques and processes.
Excellent communication skills - Oral and written, excellent ethical sense, and moral records, good knowledge of accounting software are also prerequisites for this position.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience 3 of which must have been spent in a credit management position.



Job Title: Deputy Manager Marketing & Communications

The Ideal candidate is responsible for assisting the Marketing & Communication Manager in managing and developing marketing activity of Schneider Electric Nigeria in order to define profitable growth objectives based on a strong knowledge of our market.
And Suggest the most efficient commercial policy to be implemented by the company.

Responsibilities
Understand and anticipate market evolution
Manage Marketing mix of Schneider offer and detect new opportunities.
Manage relationship with Marketing corporate entities.
Manage Business development Action plan.
Bring marketing support to Sales Force.
Prepare internal and external communication action plan.
Manage AMR (Annual Marketing Report)

Profile Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess Marketing and commercial knowledge, have a sound background in electrical distribution or industrial automation, be aware of competition of offerings in the market. Be organized and be an exemplary leader in planning, negotiation, change management and communication. A sound business orientation is also a prerequisite.

Qualifications: Bsc/HND in Electrical/electronics engineering and a post graduate degree in marketing or business related discipline,

Experience: 10 years experience in a similar position with quality experience in technical marketing, and/or sales.





Job Title: Deputy Sales Manager. Global Strategic Accounts

The job holder is expected to contribute to the achievement of the yearly order in take budget objectives of Schneider Electric Nigeria in general by encouraging identified GSAs to be loyal to Schneider Electric products/equipment and buy Schneider Electric brand of products/equipment either directly or through the authorized channels.

Responsibilities

Implement the actions attached to the development plan of Schneider Electric Nigeria for the GSA market. Develop and maintain an excellent network of relations with the user departments of the targeted businesses/organizations within the GSA sector.
Develop enduring relationship with their purchasing/engineering departments in order to prescribe Schneider solutions and equipment.
Identify all relevant projects within the sector and work across the project engineers to introduce Schneider as potential supplier of distribution and control components with an emphasis on our Engineering capabilities.
Establish continuous and permanent presence of Schneider Electric offer with GSA/NSA in Nigeria, focusing on the high potential accounts identified.
Directly responsible for critical key accounts. (GSA)
Plan and organize with the assistance of Marketing dept, technical presentations to GSA.

Profile Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess good organization and planning skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, proven track record in key account management, be customer focused and result oriented.

Qualifications: Bsc/HND. Electrical Engineering with an MBA or a post graduate degree in a business discipline MBA/MSC degree.

Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in technical sales, key account management, preferably electrical products or equipment.




Job Title: Deputy Manager: Consultation Center

The job holder is expected to assist the Head, Consultation Center in developing and maintaining technical skills necessary to the design and the realization of projects of electric installations and control of industrial and tertiary processes.
Assist the Head, Consultation Center in ensuring the coherence and the technico-economic optimization of the offers by supporting synergies with the back office
He/she also assists in ensuring the competitiveness of the offers to the customer.
Endeavors to apply for him/herself and to apply with his collaborators the Charter of Schneider Management in all its components
To take part in the development of the strategic and operational plans of Schneider Electric Nigeria to ensure overall the technico-economic competitiveness of the offers and the technical control of the achievements in co-operation with marketing and sales.
To acquire good knowledge of the market segments and to propose Schneider solutions to these segment
To target customers and projects in order to secure good performance of projects activities
To participate with the members of his team in the commercials action by supporting technically the sales force and the network of partners (panel builders, installers, systems integrators, contractors)
To fulfill his budgetary obligations such as turnover, cost, margin.
To build a profitable and professional competency centre in term of equipment and project management.

Profile Requirements for the position:

The ideal candidate must be excellent in Schedule / Forecast & Resource Management, exposed in the area of Services Contract Management, ensuring/upholding safety codes and standard, and equally be able to manage Customer process testing and audit. He/she must be result oriented, customer focused and be able to deliver within very tight schedules/deadlines. Good motivational and leadership skills could be great success factors for this position.

Experience: Ideal Candidate should possess between 8 -10 years experience in a similar position with quality experience in Project Management, Project Design/Execution
Qualification: B.Sc Electrical/Electronics engineering, MBA or Msc/Certification in Project management



Job Title: Customer & Channels Marketing Manager

The job holder acts as the main interface between Marketing (offer and segment) and Sales junctions Responsibilities
Identity, analyze and manage the customer and prospects of the segment using the Group Methodology of
"Customer plat forming"
Determine the appropriate sales approach by category.
Propose sales resource allocation based on Sales goals and the sales effort per customer categories.
Involved in the global sales objective definition and ensure alignment between product and customer
segment sales objectives.
Ensures coordination of actions between Product Application Engineers and fieid Sales representatives, Discuss with Sales Managers to cascade sales targets and set objectives for key customers
Build the Customer Segment Action Plan (CAP) using the Group recommendation, Animate its deployment
down to individual action plan, and Monitor its execution,
Promote externally, Schneider value proposition to the customer segment.
Organize the sales training session specific to the customer segment,
Support BIS Surveys, analyze results and take actions,
Define the balance scorecard for the customer segment and organize the reporting.
Profile Requirements for the position:

Interested candidates must possess Customer plat forming, market intelligence and excellent negotiation skills. He/she must be a technology solutions advocate and be very conversant with the electrical products offer. Experience: 8 - 10 years experience in a similar position with quality experience in project Management, Sales and/or Marketing.

Qualifications:
Bsc Electrical/Electronics engineering, MBA or a business related second class degree



Job Title: Deputy Manager (Customer Care)

Assist the Head, Customer care to deploy an effective Customer Support Centre for Nigeria
Also assist in pursuing activities that can be handled in the Customer Support Centre in order to provide extra sales time and opportunities to the external sales engineers.

Responsibilities
To develop continuously the skills level of the activities of order administration, customer Care and line technical support.
Manage CCC that is operational at least 9 hours per day.
Manage Customer complaints, credit notes and RGC processes in the Customer Care Centre,
Measure the effectiveness of the Customer Care Centre in terms of number of calls, speed of response, logging of cases on CRM, accuracy of orders, etc.
Set targets and objectives to reach and to improve customer satisfaction in dealing with the Customer Care Centre as well as to increase available sales times of external sales engineers.

Reporting:

Report monthly on the activities of the Customer Care Centre,
Keep up to date with developments with respect to the System, as well as apply the policies and procedures relevant to the position
Communicate improvement possibilities with respect to the Management System to the relevant Process
Owner or directly to Process Support and participate in improvement initiatives.

Profile Requirements for the position:
Management; Sales/Customer contact; communication exposure and experience.
Must have a passion for people.
Must be in a former position of decision making,

Qualification/Knowledge
Ideally M.Sc., and or First degree in electrical electronics and master degree in a business related discipline.
Good knowledge of electrical products and range.
Market norms in terms of service and support.

Experience
Ideal Candidate should possess between 8 - 10 years experience in a similar position with quality experience In Project Management, Sales support/Service and Customer Care.



Job Title: Retails Sales Engineer

The job holder has the primary objective of maintaining a profitable business relationship with retailers and small electrical contractors in order to achieve the order intake target.

Responsibilities:
To work closely with the retailers and small electrical contractors, develop them to sell clip Sal products and also stock them.
To develop and expand the retail network.
Ensure timely service to the customer by being in constant touch with everyone connected with the business and manage relationship with them.
Introduce new products to the retailers and small electrical contractors.
To keep track of all the projects against each customer account and proactively work to achieve maximum market Share.
Responsible for planning the customer requirement through the distribution network .
To maintain personalized rapport, emotional bond, and develop consistent business with the clients.
Responsible for obtaining the right information on the competition and other relevant activities in our area of business.

Profile Requirement:
The ideal candidate should have good influencing skills, be customer and results focused. Very good interpersonal and communication skills are also prerequisites for this position

Qualification: B.Sc./HND or equivalent in electrical/electronics engineering.

Experience: 2 - 3 year experience in technical sales and distribution channel management




Job Title: Project Sales Engineer

The job holder is responsible for establishing a local, continuous and permanent presence of Schneider Electric in the market sector allocated ( Contracting, /Panel Building}, focusing on the high potential accounts identified.

Responsibilities.
To Develop and sustain an excellent network of relations between Schneider Electric Nigeria and it's partners especially Panel Builders and Contractors
Educate Schneider electric customers on product/technical specifications.
Implement the actions attached to the development plan of Schneider Electric Nigeria for the markett allocated
Develop enduring relationship with their designing units/departments in order to prescribe Schneider solutions and equipment.
Identify all relevant projects within the sector and work across the project engineers to introduce Schneider as potential supplier of distribution and control components. with an emphasis on our Engineering capabilities.
Contribute to the achievement of the yearly order intake budget objectives of Schneider Electric Nigeria in general and ensure the realization of the individual budget and departmental objectives.

Experience 4 - 5 years experience in technical sales operations and marketing

Qualification: First degree or it's equivalent in Electrical Electronics.
