• BUSINESS MANAGER,
• RESERVATION AGENTS
• MARKETERS
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS MANAGER (BOOM) & Others Ref No: AD 0001
Qualifications & Experience:
• A Bachelors degree in any Social Science or Business Management or
engineering.
• Masters degree is a plus Candidate should be IATA Certified.
• Previous experience leading teams for sales and delivery in a Travel business
is critical.
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing tours/holidays and other travel related packages is a
plus.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of airline GDS (Amadeus, Sabre etc.)
• Extensive knowledge and experience within the Travel Agency marketplace.
• Additional Certifications particularly using technology is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
• Must be a natural team leader driven by results (Target driven) who can
effectively
oversee the staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills; the successful candidate must be charismatic,
persuasive,
and credible to a wide variety of audience
• Ability to create persuasive presentations and deliver to corporate clients
and secure
wins and results
• An analytical thinker with strong planning and financial management skills
• Relationships with operating airlines in Nigeria is a plus
• Demonstrated commercial business acumen and influencing skills.
• High energy self-direction. stamina and a strong work ethic
• Ability to assemble and keep a strong management and staff delivery team
• Must be able to deliver on sales and service targets
