Quality Assurance Specialist in Consumer Company
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Competence Requirement
• Attention to detail
• Problem analysis and problem solving
Relevant Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the banking industry or other related industry
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related technical field preferred
Added Advantage
• Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor. Quality
• Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma
