Digital Economy: Biographer Unveils Book Chronicling Pantami’s Achievements

A book, Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami: Advancing Nigeria’s Drive Towards a Digital Economy, has been unveiled to highlight the role of the Minister of Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Prof. Isa Pantami.

The book, launched at the ongoing Digital Nigeria Conference and Exhibitions, was written by Mr. Obiora Nzekwu, with a foreword by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The 900-page book chronicled some of the achievements of Pantami since his appointment as minister on August 21, 2019. The book discusses in nine chapters some of his areas of impact before he was appointed minister.

In his foreword, President Muhammadu Buhari, said: “I commend the Honourable Minister, Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim for being a good example of excellence and focus in how he has discharged his responsibilit[ies] as a member of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).  I also commend the author for this well-researched work and for deeming it fit to document our digital economy journey.”

President Buhari went on to recommend the book to researchers, scholars, policymakers and chief executive officers in business and public offices.
