The Emerging Young Women Leaders Program is targeted at young female leaders, from Nigeria, who are active citizens, working on changing the issues that surround their lives, in academic and social spheres, to discuss the issues affecting gender development and to interact with leaders and policy makers on current global issues and offers participants an opportunity to strengthen and enhance their innovative and leadership skills, while bringing them firsthand experience, interaction and mentorship from selected established women leaders; who were able and to transform their skills and talent to successful ideas and help them connect and engage to a global network of peers in the decision making process.
