La Casera Apple Drink felicitates with christians at lent, advises consumers on fruit consumption

La Casera Apple drink has commended Christians all over Nigeria who are currently observing the Lenten fast leading up to Easter celebrations.

The apple soft drink brand which is the flagship brand of The La Casera Company has urged Christian faithful to imbibe a healthy living habit through fruit consumption during this Lenten period, according to a statement from the firm.

It noted that utilising fruits to break during fasting helps to ensure the body got rehydrated quickly.

According to La Casera, apples which are particularly suitable for the purpose of breaking fasts, are rich in anti-oxidants and help to reduce the risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes.

‘‘We view our consumers as members of one big happy family and so we journey with them as they navigate the various aspects of their lives, in this case, the spiritual aspect.’’

“Our brand is also mindful of the economic situation of many Nigerians, which is why we have maintained a price of N100 for our 50cl which even offers 20 percent more content. We hope to be able to maintain this price point for as long as possible, just to ensure our consumers get the best quality at an affordable price.’’

Okereke added that “La Casera is always looking at new ways to delight all our consumers and so we put a lot of creative consideration into our brand. We ensure that we are ahead of the curve, while still retaining the high quality we have always been known for. This is one of the reasons we have the highest percentage of real apple juice in the soft drink market.’’
