Early Life

Victor Moses is a Nigerian striker of the English powerhouse Chelsea in the Premier League. He was born on 12 December 1990 in Kaduna, Nigeria.

Victor was groomed in Crystal Palace youth system in between 2004 and 2007 before joining the first team of the feeder club in 2007. He made his senior debut in the Championship in a game against Cardiff on 6 November 2007. Overall, Moses made a total of 11 goals in 58 appearances for three seasons at the second-division club.

In 2010, a promising young player enjoyed better fortune moving to the Premier League side Wigan Athletic. He made his Premier League debut in a 1-1 draw with Sunderland in February. All in all, he made 73 appearances for the club during a two-year stint.

In the summer 2012, Moses enjoyed a meteoric rise signing for Chelsea. He made his first appearance in Chelsea shirt as a substitute in a match against Queens Park Rangers. The Nigerian forward made a full debut in a League Cup match against Wolverhampton Wanderers marking his play with a late goal against the rivals. Thanks to his terrific performances, Moses was named Man of the Match after the League Cup 5-4 win over giants Manchester United.

In the season 2013/2014 Moses played on loan with Liverpool.Despite the Nigerian descent, Victor Moses was an international for England at various youth levels amassing 29 appearances in between 2005 and 2010. Since 2012, he is capped to the Nigeria national team.
