DealMakers AFRICA Hosts Mergers & Acquisition Awards in Lagos.

DealMakers AFRICA is set to make history in Lagos by hosting the inaugural Mergers & Acquisition Awards for 2023, dedicated to recognizing the achievements of advisory firms in West and East Africa.

CEO of CE Gleason Publications (Pty) Ltd and Editor-In-Chief of DealMakers AFRICA, Marylou Greig, shed light on the platform’s origin in 2008. It has been diligently tracking mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance activities across Africa, with a particular focus on West and East Africa (excluding South Africa). The annual awards ceremony is designed to honor outstanding Financial and Legal Advisers, along with acknowledging the Deal of the Year and Private Equity Deal of the Year in both regions.
