Formally known as St Georgeor Georges, and otherwise referred to as CS Park, Aba Amusement Park is a favourite place to hang out in Aba. Although it does not have the facilities available to be called an amusement park, It is a very spacious recreational spot located in the heart of town at Market Road-by-Georges, that boasts of a restaurant, lounge, and a number of floored mini bars, an outdoor stage for artistes and dancers on Sundays, a snooker and tennis area for lovers of the sport, a viewing center for football matches, and the traditional open space drinking spot, usually under trees.
Most active on Sundays, it is a hub of entertainment where you get to enjoy different genres of music; from old school to R&b, reggae, pop and trending Naija hits coupled with hilarious MCs dishing out their funny jokes.
It is also a venue for various events ranging from weddings, engagement parties, birthday parties, crusades, conferences, end of year party/festival, promotional events etc.
It has the capacity to host up to 3 wedding ceremonies with adequate parking. It is quieter on weekend for quiet getaways etc.
