NOT many in the new generation know about the Ford rugged sport utility vehicle called Bronco.
A very rugged sport utility vehicle that was used by those who wished to stand out like Cowboys, the Bronco looked intimidating and yet handsome. It was an SUV for men and not boys and that was why it was revered by many.
In those days, an uncle always looked up for adventure because of his Bronco that would always conquer all terrain. He would ask you not to play around his Bronco. “Don’t you know that that car you are touching is a Ford Bronco? Don’t mess up with my Bronco, Uncle Pee would warn us then. And that was how we saw the Ford Bronco then, a car you don’t joke with. But at the on-going Lagos Motor show, the all-new Ford Bronco on display at Coscharis Motors stand is exceptionally outstanding in black colour with beautiful leather interior. The Bronco has been transformed and its mposing look shows that it is an SUV for men who want to stand out from the crowd. It has modern features that marches the good design.
Speaking at the fair ground, the Group General Manager, Marketing Coscharis Group, Mr. Babatunde Abiona outlined the qualities of the new Bronco which is powered by a 2.7 litre engine. The excited general manager said that it has always been their pleasure to display a unique product to their customers at the motor show with the Bronco being one of such examples.
Abiona said: “Last year we brought the Ford Everest and the visitors were excited and we have decided to bring another unique model from Ford which is the iconic Bronco,” noting that it was an all terrain conquering SUV. He said that the Bronco is a master of all terrains with comfort beyond imagination, adding that the Bronco is an iconic sport utility vehicle in the class of Jeep Wrangler (though look-alike) and Toyota FJ Cruiser.
