Nigerian Chinelo Anohu gets appointed as head Africa Investment Forum.

Nigerian woman Chinelo Anohu has been appointed to head and senior director of Africa Investment Forum by African Development Bank Group – Anulo’s appointment takes effect from September 1, 2019. The new head of African Investment Forum had served as director-general of the National Pension Commission of Nigeria for five years.

Nigerian lady, Chinelo Anohu, a highly accomplished international corporate lawyer, has been appointed by the president of the African Development Bank (AfDB) Group, Akinwumi Adesina, as head and senior director of the Africa Investment Forum effective from September 1, 2019. Anulo is said to be a member of the London Stock Exchange Africa Advisory Board and had once served as director-general of the National Pension Commission of Nigeria for five years.

The president of AfDB, Adesina said on Chinelo’s appointment: “I am delighted that Chinelo Anohu is joining us as the head and senior director of the Africa Investment Forum. Her can-do-attitude, leadership, hands-on experience in working with global pension funds and institutional investors, and extensive global networks among institutional investors, will significantly position and help the Africa Investment Forum to drive its global agenda to attract more investments to Africa.”
