University of Kent honours Tiwa Savage with doctorate degree (Videos)

Multiple award-winning Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage was today July 15th honoured by her alma mater, the University of Kent, Canterbury, England with an honorary doctorate degree.

The mum of one who completed a degree in Accounting at the University was awarded an honorary degree of Doctor of Music during its congregation ceremonies at Canterbury and Rochester cathedrals.

Savage was listed among 10 individuals to receive this honour during the institution’s congregation ceremonies.

The music star after her studies at the University of Kent moved on to study music at the Berklee College of Music, in Boston, Massachusetts in the United States.
