
BANANA YOGHURT
Recipe for eight servings
REQUIREMENTS
- 3cups ripe mashed bananas
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 cups vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
What you do
Combine all ingredients except mashed bananas in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes. Add mashed bananas chilled mixture before further refrigerating. Serve frozen.
