Curry Cashews
You don't have to be a fan of cashew to love this! The aroma would keep you glued to it. Munching these cashews is one of the best things that can happen to you this weekend. We were careful with our ingredients, so you can indulge all day and be safe.

REQUIREMENTS
- 4 cups cashew
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp basil 
- 1 tsp chilli powder 
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt 

What you do
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the cashews in the oil and add the ginger, sugar and turmeric, basil, chilli and salt then toss to completely coat.
Place the cashews on the baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Toss every 5 minutes to ensure that all the sides are brown. Allow to cool .
