Shrimp with Citrus Avocado Mash

We love creative meals and can't deny the fact that we are sweet too this in our own cubicles too. But eating healthy is our goal. So, when next you want something to snack on, go for this shrimps and top them with the perfect sauce - citrus avocado mash!


REQUIREMENTS
- 450 g shrimps 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
- 1 pc lime 
- 1 pc lemon 
- 1 pc onions 
- 1 pc garlic 
- 2 pcs avocado
- 1 tbsp hot sauce 
- 10 pc cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic powder


What you do
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place the shrimps (peeled and deveined) on the sheet and toss them in the oil. Sprinkle the shrimps with salt and ginger powder as desired.
Bake the shrimp for about 15 minutes or until pink with a little browning colour on them.
While the shrimp is baking, combine the hot sauce, avocado (mashed), garlic (minced), onion (minced), cilantro (chopped) in a bowl. Squeeze in the lime juice and half of the lemon juice, and mix well to incorporate.
Serve the shrimps with avocado mash.
