EBA(Gaari) FUFU
Eba is a starchy staple food, common to all the tribes of Nigeria.[1] It is made of processed cassava (cassava flour)
Recipe for three servings

REQUIREMENTS

- Hot water
- Garri (Cassava flour/ Flakes)
What you do

Boil some water in the kettle, once hot, add to a plastic container
Add some Gari gradually and spread evenly fill the hot water with garri until only a little water is left unabsorbed by the cassava flour (garri).
Bring together with the wooden spoon or tunning stick. Add litte hot water if the texture is too hard or litte garri if it is too soft.
Continue to bring together until texture is smooth and no lumps are visible
