ROASTED PLANTAIN (Boli)
Boli is the term used for roasted plantain in Nigeria. The plantain is usually barbecued/grilled and It is very popular as a quick lunch snack.

Recipe for seven servings

REQUIREMENTS

- Plantain
- Charcoal/Electric grill

What you do

Peel each plantain that you are going to use. Place in a choarcoal/electric grill and roast until both sides are as brown as you would like it.

Remove and either serve like that, or cut them before serving.

serve with roasted fish, groundnut/peanuts and a hot palm oil sauce.
