UGBA AFRICAN SALAD
This an African cassava salad

Recipe for few servings

REQUIREMENTS

. dry sliced cassava
. palm oil
. salt
. ugba sliced oil bean sead
. garden egg or leaf
. potash
. pepper
. crayfish
. cooked meat
. kpomo
. dryfish

What you do

Soak the dry cassava in a warm water for 3 to 5 mins to soften, then drain off the water. Put some palm oil in a pot,enough to go round the cassava, add some of the disolved potash add a little hot water,sliced garden egg or leaf, ground crafish and pepper,and the cooked meat,kpomo,dryfish etc

Set the pot on fire to warm a little and stir to mix properly, add the cassava. Put the pot down and stir to a uniform mix and serve.
