BOKONISA SOUP

INGREDIENTS
 - 1kg Bush meat
- 1 medium Smoked fish
- 4 medium tatashé (red sweet pepper)
- 4 medium size fresh tomatoes
- 4 Fresh pepper
- 1 medium size Onion
- 2 cups Bokonisa
- 2 tablespoon Crayfish (ground)
- 1 wrap Iru
- 2 ½ cooking spoons Palm oil
- 2 Seasoning Cubes
- 1 litre Water
- Salt to taste



What you do
Wash the bush meat and season with Maggi cube, onion and salt and cook
until tender.
Blend the tomatoes, de-seeded tatashé, pepper and onion together to
a fine paste.

Grind the Bokonisa to a fine powder.

Heat the palm oil and fry the ground tomato mix for about 10 minutes.
Add the bush meat, Iru, fish and crayfish, stir thoroughly. Allow bubbling
for about 10 minutes.

Make a paste with Bokonisa and then add to the soup.
Cover the pot and allow simmering for another 10 minutes.

Add the Seasoning Cubes and stir then taste and add salt if necessary.
Simmer for few minutes and remove from heat then serve.
