Recipe for four servings

REQUIREMENTS

- 1kg Beef (cut into 8 medium pieces)
- 1 medium size Smoked fish
- 1 medium heapSoft bone
- 1 small bunch Pumpkin leaves
- 1 small bunch Spinach
- 1 small bunch Yakwa
- 4 large Fresh tomato
- 1 large Onion
- 4 Fresh pepper
- 1 cup Groundnut (ground)
- 2 cooking spoons Palm oil
- 1 large size locust bean cake(iru)
- 3 Maggi Cubes
- Water
- Salt to taste What you do

Wash and shred the the yakwa leaves, the spinach and the pumpkin leaves. Blend some the pumpkin with tomato, and pepper.

Wash and season the meat with salt and Maggi Cube, steam together with the soft bones till the juice dries up. Add more water and cook till soft.

Heat the oil in another pot, fry the meat and bones, add the blended vegetables and chopped onion to the pot. Add water and the meat stock, cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the groundnut paste, the remaining pumpkin, locust bean, and fish. Cover the pot and cook for about 15 minutes. Add the shreded leaves (yakwa and spinach) to the soup. Stir and add the remaining Maggi Cube and reduce the heat.

Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir and add salt to taste.

Serve with the Sinasir or tuwo shinkafa.
