WATERMELON SALSA
Recipe for two servings
REQUIREMENTS
2 cups watermelon, seeded and coarsely cut
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
3 tablespoons chillies, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons water chestnut
35 ml Balsamic vinegar
Teaspoon salt
What you do
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate for about 45minutes to1hour.
Serve with grilled chicken.
