WATERMELON SMOOTHIE
Recipe for two servings
REQUIREMENTS
2 cups watermelon, remove seeds
1 cup crushed ice
Cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
1teaspoon ground ginger
Teaspoon almond extract
What you do
Cut watermelon in chunks and combine with other available ingredients in a food processor, blend.
Check at intervals until smooth.
Serve chilled.
