YAM PEPPER SOUP
Recipe for seven servings

REQUIREMENTS

- 1 big yam
- 1/2 cup crayfish (grounded)
- 2 smoked fish (piece to remove bones)
- 1 dried fish, (remove bones)
- 2 tablespoons pepper soup spices
- 3 beakers of water
- Dash salt and other seasonings.

What you do

Put water in a pot, add pepper soup spices. When water is boiling, add yam and leave to boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Add pepper, onion and palm oil. Cook for three to five minutes and add crayfish, boneless dried fish, smoked fish, salt and seasonings.

Cook for 10 to 12 minutes and adjust seasonings, stir and serve with chilled water.
