This is an annual festival organized by Kaduna State Ministry of Culture and Tourism. It is a forum where all the 23 Local Government Areas of the State and private cultural organizations, show case their culture, expose talent and through these, promote unity and encourage tourism in the State. it takes place in November/December of every year.
